JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner, aggrieved by an order passed by the District Collector under Section 13 of the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wetland Act, 2008, has approached the 1st Respondent in Revision as per Ext.P3. During the pendency of Ext.P3 proceedings, the Tahsildar appears to have been initiated steps against the petitioner. Aggrieved by the above action, the petitioner has approached this court. 2. In view of the pendency of Ext.P3 before the 1st Respondent, there shall be a direction to the 1st Respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders within a period of two months, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. All the proceedings shall be kept in abeyance till a final decision is taken in the matter. However, the petitioner shall not re-claim or change the character of the property pending proceedings under Ext.P3.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
