ORDER:
Heard.
2. The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is limited. Petitioner states that he had filed an appeal on 07.03.2014 before the third respondent against cancellation of pattadar pass books relating to land admeasuring Ac.10.52 cents in Sy.No.67/A1E, Deyyalaguddam village, Adoni Mandal, Kurnool District. Petitioner states that the third respondent has called for a report and remarks with the connected records from the fourth respondent under proceedings of the third respondent bearing Rc.E/319/2014 dated 01.04.2014. Petitioner submits that in spite of the said direction, the fourth respondent has neither sent the records nor remarks and with the result, the third respondent is unable to take up and decide the aforesaid appeal.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader has secured instructions, which state that the Tahsildar has complied with the direction of the third respondent by sending the necessary remarks and records on 08.07.2014 to the third respondent.
4. In view of the above, therefore, nothing further survives for consideration. The third respondent is directed to consider the said appeal filed by the petitioner after notice to all the parties and decide the same in accordance with law, expeditiously.
The writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
