By means of the present petition, the petitioners herein seek for quashing of the first information report dated 23.01.2021 in Case Crime No.79 of 2021 under Sections 498A, 323, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, P.S.- Kotwali Nagar, District- Bulandshahr.
Learned AGA informs that the police report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. has been filed in the matter.
In view of the above, we do not find it proper to entertain the present petition. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
