JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr. Murali N. Devnani, learned Advocate for the applicant states that he is ready with the matter.
The matter is pertaining to Section 138 of the Negotiable of Instruments Act wherein the present applicant is the original complainant and the respondent no. 2 was acquitted by the appellate court against the conviction by the trial court. This may be the reason that the respondent no. 2 would not turn up before the Court when the matter is listed for hearing. The matter is pending for the last four years.
Let there be an intimation to the respondent no.
R/CR.RA/3/2008 ORDER 2 that if no body appears on his behalf on the next date, the Court may proceed further in accordance with law in his absence.
List after three weeks.
