Chintan Kantilal Patel vs State

In light of the order dated 1st November 2012, learned counsel for petitioner has submitted that the matter may be directed to be placed before the same Court where it is observed by the Hon ble Court (Coram: Hon'ble Mr. Justice Rajesh H. Shukla) that the Court was not inclined to entertain the matter.

In view of the said request made by learned counsel for the petitioner, office may take necessary steps.
