ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“ to issue order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of Respondent Nos.3 to 6 in not permitting the Petitioner to perform the duties as Fair Price Shop Dealer of Shop No.26, Pasarlapadu Village, Rentachinthala Mandal, Guntur District and not supplying the stock to the Petitioner is illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and violation of Articles 14, 19 & 21 of Constitution of India, violation of Control Order and consequently direct Respondent Nos.3 to 6 to supply the stock to the Petitioner for distribution to the card holders.”
At the hearing, it has come out that subsequent to filing of this Writ Petition, the petitioner has filed Writ Petition No.30823 of 2014 questioning the order of respondent No.3 suspending his fair price shop authorization, wherein interim order has been passed on 15.10.2014 suspending the order of suspension.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (Andhra Pradesh) submitted that in view of the subsequent event, the respondents will allot the essential commodities to the petitioner’s fair price shop in future. This submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader is placed on record and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed.
As a sequel to closure of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.37872 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
