Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Government Pleader.
During the pendency of the writ petition, petitioners submitted representation dated 14.6.2014 to Land Acquisition Officer requesting to pay compensation/exgratia as per market value. According to learned counsel for petitioners, said representation is pending and petitioners are satisfied if the writ petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to consider the representation dated 14.6.2014 and pass appropriate orders regarding their entitlement of payment of enhanced exgratia with reference to land in Survey No. 88, Raviryal village, Maheshwaram Mandal, Ranga Reddy district.
Having regard to the said submission, without expressing any opinion on merits, writ petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 14.6.2014 and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law on their entitlement to claim higher exgratia amount, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No Costs. Sequel to the same, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, stand closed.
