JUDGMENT:
This civil miscellaneous second appeal arises out of judgment and decree dated 30.10.2002 in A.S.No.58 of 1999 on the file of the learned IV Additional District and Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court), Nellore.
At the hearing, Mr. M.P. Chandramouli, learned counsel for the appellant, stated that he has received information that his client has died and that her legal representatives have not taken any steps to come on record in her place.
In view of the death of the sole appellant, the civil miscellaneous second appeal has abated and the same is accordingly dismissed as such.
