These two petitions are filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure seeking to have O.P.Nos.106 and 1570 of 2014 both pending before the Family Court, Ernakulam transferred to Family Court, Kottayam at Ettumanoor. 2. Suffice to say that, the marital relationship between the petitioner and the respondent ran into rough weather and litigations began. There are plenty of proceedings between the parties.
3. The petitioner points out that she finds it difficult to come over to Family Court, Ernakulam to attend the case and the matters pending before the Family Court, Ernakulam may be transferred to Family Court, Kottayam at Ettumanoor.
4. Notice was issued to the respondent and he had entered appearance. The respondent takes no objection to the prayer for transfer.
T.P.(C) Nos.123 & 462/2014 2 In the result, these petitions are allowed and O.P.Nos.106 and 1570 of 2014 pending before the Family Court, Ernakulam shall stand transferred to Family Court, Kottayam at Ettumanoor. The parties shall appear before the Family court, Kottayam at Ettumanoor on 14.01.2015.
