JUDGMENT / ORDER

The contempt petition has been filed to punish the contemnors for willfully and deliberately disobeying the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.2813 of 2011, dated 29.03.2012.
2. Heard Mr.D.Saravanan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.M.Jerin Mathew, learned Counsel for the third respondent and perused the records.
3. It is represented by the learned counsel for the third respondent that the entire service benefits of the petitioner was credited in the account of the petitioner in Canara Bank, Ambasamuthiram branch. It is further submitted that he is not eligible for pension benefits and the third respondent has no power to condone 5 days as stated by the petitioner.
4. Considering the statement of learned counsel for the respondent, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
