No.2 dated 25.01.2019 by the 28th Additional City Civil Judge, Mayohall Unit, Bengaluru in Execution Case No.25135/2017 vide Annexure-F to the writ petition.
This Writ Petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing in ‘B’ Group this day, the court made the following:
