JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner seeks transfer of case in Crime No.32 of 2011 on the file of fifth respondent to the file of fourth respondent.
2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Advocate [Crl.side].
3. The case in Crime No.32 of 2011 on the file of fifth respondent has been registered for offence u/s.420 IPC. Petitioner is the de facto complainant in the case. It is brought to notice that there has been no progress in the investigation.
4. This Court is of the view that the very reason that there has been no progress in the investigation in case of the year 2011 up to date is sufficient to order transfer of investigation. Accordingly, the case in Crime No.32 of 2011 on the file of fifth respondent is transferred to the file of fourth respondent. Fourth respondent is directed to complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
