The petitioner filed Ext.P4 application for correcting and rectification of mistakes in resurvey entries in revenue records. In this regard, the Village Officer also submits a report before the Tahsildar, however, Tahsildar has not passed final order and aggrieved by that he has approached this Court. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to dispose Ext.P4 application within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.
