JUDGMENT / ORDER

[Judgment of the Court was made T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] The contempt petition has been filed alleging the willful dis- obeidence of the interim order dated 16.10.2015 made in M.P.(MD).No.1 of 2015 in WA SR (MD) No.46172 of 2015 .
2. Heard Mr.K.Appadurai , learned counsel appearing for the petitioner Mr.V.Muruganantham, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions from the respondent produced the original file and submitted that the impugned order has been fully complied with after conducting enquiry and after recording a statement from the petitioner and copy of the said order, dated 05.10.2015 has been produced before us and copy of the same was furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. In view of the above, the respondent / Tahsildar is directed to forward certified copy of this order to the petitioner by register post with the acknowledgment within a period of two weeks from today. On receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
5. Accordingly, this Contempt petition is closed. No costs.
