Even the so-called re-revised Annexure-I is incomplete.
Sri Mahadeva Kanthrigala, the learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, requested for permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his client to file a fresh Writ Petition with proper and complete Annexure-I.
Subject to the liberty given to the petitioner as above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.35104 of 2013 is dismissed as infructuous.
