JUDGMENT / ORDER

The prayer for transfer put in by the wife is not opposed by the husband. Hence OP (HMA) No.435/2014 will stand transferred from the Family Court, Ernakulam to the Family Court, Mavelikara. The transferee court shall issue notice to the parties and take the proceedings to a logical end. The Transfer Petition is disposed of.
