Chinabhai vs State

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE A.L.DAVE) The party-in-person Chinabhai @ Sanjaybhai Balubhai Chunara is not before us, however his mother is before us. She says that her son has surrendered to custody as per the order of this Court. In view of the fact that the convict has already surrendered to custody and secondly in view of the fact that after having declared the judgment, this Court becomes functus officio. Hence, this application cannot be entertained and is rejected.
