JUDGMENT / ORDER

1.0 By way of present petition, the petitioner has prayed for following relief/s:
(b) Your Lordships be pleased to issue appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondent by way of issuing a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction and direct the respondent to appoint an administrator U/s 81 of the Act for strict and timely implementation of the order thus has been done by the respondent vide NSB/1694-3/Z-2/759/12 dated 27.03.2012 Annexure J, NSB/1694-2/Z-2/765/12 dt,. 27.03.2012 Annexure K, TPS/01/102/2012 dt. 28.03.2012 Anneuxre L, NSB/1775(3)/Z-5/330/12 dtd. 07.02.12 Annexure R.
(c) Your Lordships be pleased to command the respondent by way of issuing a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus and direct the respondent of recall his order no. NSB/1775(3)/Z-5/730/12 dt. 23. 3. 2012 ( Annexure-Q) U/s 115(F)(d) and issue a fresh order to file criminal complaint in accordance with the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code, before the competent policy officer.
(d) Your Lordships be pleased to issue a writ of certiorari or any writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari and quash and set aside the order NSB/1644-2/Z-2/764/12 dt. 27. 3. 2012 ( Annexure N) done by the respondent and direct the respondent to order appropriately in accordance with law.
(e) Your Lordships be pleased to issue appropriate writ order or direction to the respondent and direct him to act according to law and stop his dishonest and biased actions in the interest of more than 9700 members of the bank or alternatively Your Lordship may be pleased to impose the recovery from the respondent which is not coming due to the actions/inactions of the respondents.
2.0 It will not be appropriate for this Court to monitor every action to be taken pursuant to the orders issued by this Court. In case no action is taken as per the orders, it will be open to the petitioner to point out to the competent authority regarding breach of provisions of Act or orders of the Court. With this observation the petition stands disposed of.
