JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. The applicants have filed present application for stay of operation and implementation of the judgment and decree passed in Regular Civil Suit No.4071 of 1982 by the City Civil Court (Court No.11).
2. Daily Board shows that Rule is served to the opponents. Nobody appears on behalf of them.
3. Upon hearing the learned advocate for the applicants and considering the contents of the application, ad-interim relief granted vide order dated 12.7.2013 is hereby confirmed till the final disposal of the first appeal. Rule is made absolute accordingly.
