Date : 20/07/2012 1. Present Civil Revision Application under section 29(2) of the Bombay Rent Act has been preferred by the petitioner herein – original defendant to quash and set aside the impugned judgement and decree passed by both the courts below passing eviction decree.
2. Today when the present Civil Revision Application is taken up for final hearing, Ms.Mohini Bhavsar, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner has produced on record purshis / communication dtd.16/7/2012 singed by the respective parties submitting that as the parties have settled the dispute amicably, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present Civil Revision Application. Purshis/communication dtd.16/7/2012 produced by Ms.Mohini Bhavsar, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner is directed to be taken on record.
3. In view of the above, present Civil Revision Application is dismissed as withdrawn. Rule is discharged. No costs.
