Mr.Pandya, learned APP waives service of notice of Rule for the State.

By way of this application, the applicant - convict has prayed that he be enlarged on temporary bail for the maintenance of his family.

From the jail remarks, we find that the furlough of the present applicant may become due within a couple of months. On this count alone, discretion does not deserve to be exercised. Hence, the present application is rejected. Rule discharged.
