Mr.Pandya, learned APP waives service of rule on behalf of respondent-State.

By way of this application, the applicant-convict has prayed that he be enlarged on temporary bail on the ground that he wants to find out match for his own marriage.

In our view the ground is not such for which the discretion needs to be exercised.

Hence, the application is rejected. Rule discharged.
