JUDGMENT / ORDER

Leave to amend.
2. Heard learned Advocate Mr.J.A.Adeshra for the applicant.
3. RULE.
Mr.H.K.Patel, learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives service of Rule on behalf of the respondent-State.
4. Learned APP makes available for perusal the jail remarks.
5. For the contents of the application, the application is allowed. Temporary bail granted by this Court by order dated 30.04.2012 is extended up to 31.05.2012.
6. The applicant-convict shall surrender to the Jail authorities on expiry of the temporary bail period.
7. Rule is made absolute.
Direct service permitted today.
