JUDGMENT / ORDER

Pursuant to order dated 10.9.2013, one Shri Pankaj Jayantilal Patel is before this Court and states that his father is in totally bedridden condition. He is also having some medical papers to show in support of the said statement.
Question is whether the deposition of Jayantilal Patel at the relevant time was false to his knowledge and contrary to documentary evidence.
In this regard, said Pankaj Jayantilal Patel asked for time so as to obtain a copy of all relevant papers from learned advocate Mr.Dharmesh Patel for Mr.S.K.Patel and come prepare on 18th October, 2013.
Request is granted.
