ORDER: (per Hon’ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) Counter-affidavit of the second respondent is taken on record. It is stated in the counter-affidavit that the alleged detenu had been arrested in connection with Crime No.92 of 2014 of Cherla Police Station, Khammam district and subsequently he was released on bail on being produced before the appropriate Magistrate. In view of the aforesaid facts, no cause survives.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
