The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the grounds filed herein, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri. V.S.K. Rama Rao, Advocate for the Petitioner and Sri. D.V. Seetharama Murthy, Senior Counsel for Sri. N. Ashwani Kumar, Advocate for the respondent, the Court made the following ORDER “Sri D.V. Seetharama Murthy, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondent, submits that the respondent will not take any steps for execution of the decree for eviction of the petitioner for a period of one week.

In the meanwhile, it is open to the petitioner to deposit the entire amount towards arrears of rent to the credit of R.C.C. No.21 of 2012 on the file of the Court of Rent Controller-cum-IV Additional Junior Civil Judge, Vijayawada.”
