JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned advocate Shri Sanchela has submitted that time granted for filing application for bringing legal heirs on record is expired, as the same could not be filed on account of personal difficulty on the part of the advocate. At his request time for filing application is extended for a further week, i.e. now the same should be filed on or before 5/7/2012. In case by 5/7/2012 the application is not filed, then the matter shall stand dismissed qua respondent no.6.
Adjourned to 6/7/2012.
