Mr.Chintan P. Champaneri, learned counsel for Mr.Ashish Shah, learned counsel for other respondents has indicated that respondent No.6, who was never represented by learned counsel Mr.Ashish Shah has passed away and the details are to be provided to bring heirs on record.
Be that as it may. It is the duty cast upon the petitioner to bring legal heirs of the deceased-respondent. One week's time is granted for doing the needful. The Office may put up the petition on 28.06.2012 for orders.
In case if, no application is preferred by that time, then, the petition is to be dismissed for want of prosecution, qua respondent No.6.
