Rule.
To be heard with Special Civil Applications No. 257 of 2012, 795 of 2012 and 583 of 2012.
The impugned order is stayed on condition that the amount of Rs.50,000/- shall be deposited with the Registry of this Court by within a period of four weeks from today. On depositing the amount, the same shall be invested by the Registry in the name of Registrar, High Court of Gujarat with a nationalized bank initially for a period of three years and thereafter shall be renewed every year till the final result of this petition. The interest accruing on the same shall be paid to the respondent quarterly by Account Payee cheque.
In case of failure to deposit the amount, the interim relief shall stand vacated without any further orders.
