1.0 By way of present petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 28.12.2011 passed by the Central Government Industrial Tribunal cum Labour Court, Ahmedabad in Reference: CGITA No. 49 of 2011 wherein it is held that petitioner is not permitted to represent its case through the appointed lawyer and reply of the petitioner has been rejected.
2.0 Learned advocate for the petitioner submitted that the grounds on which the application was rejected was that the reference is not over in stipulated time and that they are competent to represent through legal officer.
3.0 Having considered the overall facts and circumstances of the case and keeping in the mind the interest of both the parties, the petitioner will suggest another name of the advocate for representing the petitioner. The Tribunal will consider the name of the advocate other than the name of the advocate whose name is referred in the order and pass appropriate orders.
4.0 With the above direction the petition is disposed of.
