JUDGMENT / ORDER

RULE.
In the meantime, the order of the Tribunal is stayed qua payment of arrears. If the other benefits granted by the Tribunal are not granted by the respondent- Authority, it will be open to the petitioner for getting recovery certificate.
Notice for confirmation of ad-interim relief returnable on 18th April, 2012. Direct service is permitted.
