JUDGMENT / ORDER

Rule. Expedited.
The impugned award passed by the learned Industrial Tribunal, Nadiad in Reference (ITN) No. 6/2004 is stayed on the following conditions:
(I) The original beneficiaries pursuant to the reference will be given benefit of regular employee with effect from 01.02.2012.
(II) No adverse action shall be taken against those employees without permission of this Court.
(III) The payment which has already been made to the employees shall not be recovered in any form.
