JUDGMENT Aggrieved by the order dated 18.03.2016, passed by the learned Single Judge in Writ Petition No.57440 of 2015, directing the respondents to comply with the order of the Assistant Commissioner, respondent No.1 therein has filed the instant appeal.
2. The learned counsel for the appellant contends that the order sought to be complied with namely, the orders of the Assistant Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner has since been challenged in Writ Petition Nos.40521-522 of 2016. That notices have been issued and interim order has been granted in the said writ petitions.
3. The respondent is served and represented by the learned counsel.
4. In view of the submissions made, the writ appeal is allowed. The order dated 18.03.2016, passed by the learned Single Judge in Writ Petition No.57440 of 2015, is set-aside.
All contentions are kept open, to be agitated before the learned Single Judge in the aforesaid writ petition.
