JUDGMENT / ORDER

IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT HYDERABAD FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA & THE STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH (Special Original Jurisdiction) WEDNESDAY, THE THIRTEITH DAY OF JULY TWO THOUSAND AND FOURTEEN PRESENT THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No. 20415 of 2014 BETWEEN P.Gnaneswar Rao AND ... PETITIONER The Chief General Manager, State Bank of India, Local Head Office, Bank Street, Koti, Hyderabad and others.
...RESPONDENTS The Court made the following:
ORDER:
Heard.
Petitioner’s grievance in this writ petition is that against the alleged interference by respondent Nos.3 and 4 with his possession and enjoyment of land in Survey No.12 to the extent of Ac.2-84 cents in Korapadu Village, Rajupalem Mandal, Kadapa District. Petitioner alleges that at the instance of respondent No.5, respondent No.4 is interfering with a civil dispute pending between petitioner and respondent No.5.
Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, states that a complaint was received from respondent No.5 on 27.06.2014 against the son of the petitioner and others; that when the said entry of the said complaint was made in General Dairy and on enquiry being taken up it was revealed that there is a civil dispute pending between the said complainant and the petitioner; and that in view of the pendency of the civil dispute, no further action was taken on the said complaint. It is also denied that petitioner was either harassed, threatened, interfered with nor the petitioner was ever called to the police station. It is also stated that, as of now, since no criminal case is registered against the petitioner and respondent No.5, police has no further role to play.
In view of the said categorical statement, no further orders are necessary to be passed.
Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
