It is represented by the learned counsel for the writ petitioners as well as the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court dated 28.03.2012 in W.P.No.22142/2009 and batch and a copy of the same is placed on record.
Following the above referred orders of this Court and in view of the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also allowed declaring that the notification under Section 4 (1) of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 dated 09.02.2004 and other subsequent proceedings in relation to the land of the petitioners lapsed by operation of Section 11-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, also stand disposed of.
No costs.
