This Criminal Revision Case has been filed against the order of dismissal passed in Crl.M.P.No.370 of 2014 dated 17.03.2014 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Chengalpattu.
2. The petitioner/defacto complainant has filed a petition to cancel the bail granted to the accused and the same was dismissed by the learned Principal District Judge, Chengalpattu. Challenging that order, the present criminal revision has been filed.
3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the State would submit that now the case has been investigated and closed as mistake of fact. In the above circumstances, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the criminal revision case.
4. In the result, the criminal revision case is dismissed.
