THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
O R D E R The petitioner, Sri Chidambara, who is present before this Court, would file a memo stating that he has challenged the order passed by the second respondent, Land Tribunal, Shivamogga, conferring occupancy rights in favour of respondent No.3, Sri Govindappa, in respect of the land measuring 16 Acres in Sy. No.13 situate at Taraganahalli village, Holalur hobli, Shivamogga Taluk. In the said memo, he has stated that as per the advice of villagers and well wishers, he has decided to withdraw this writ petition. The petitioner has affixed his signature to the memo and same is identified by learned counsel for the petitioner, who has affixed his signature to the memo.
2. The said memo is taken on record.
3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner, who is present before this Court, is directed to affix his signature to the order sheet and same shall be identified by learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. Learned High Court Government Pleader is directed to file memo of appearance within two weeks from today.
