Heard Sri Deepak Singh Patel, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Vimal Kumar Pandey, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record.
The relief sought in this petition is for issuing a direction to the respondents no. 2 and 3 to complete the investigation of Case Crime No.481 of 2018, under Section 420-IPC, P.S. Gunnaur, District Bhimnagar.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a direction may be issued to the respondents no. 2 and 3 to conduct fair and expeditious investigation in the present case.
On query being made from the petitioner as to how he is affected in the present case, he could not disclose any reason except that he is resident of the same village in which the respondents no. 4 to 6 are residing.
Learned A.G.A. vehemently opposed the prayer.
We have gone through the F.I.R. and the allegation made in it. We are not inclined to interfere in the matter. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
