This application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to quash and stay the entire criminal proceedings in Criminal Case No. 6028 of 2007, Crime No. 1056 of 2007 pending in the Court of C.J.M., J.P. Nagar arising out of charge sheet no. 170 of 2007, U/s 498-A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, P.S. Amroha Nagar, District J.P. Nagar.
Record shows that this matter is pending since 2008 on account of interim order dated 20.6.2008 passed by this Court whereby the proceedings of the lower Court has also been stayed.
Application is dismissed for want of prosecution. Interim order stands vacated.
