1. The grievance of the petitioner is that her husband was working as Raj Mistri in Nagar Palika Parishad, Farrukhabad and died on 05.09.1991, but family pension has not been paid to the petitioner.
2. However, when questioned learned counsel for petitioner could not show any provision under which petitioner is entitled to family pension.
3. Be that as it may, since petitioner has already moved representation dated 15.6.2004 (Annexure 2 to the writ petition) before Executive Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad, Farrukhabad, let him consider the same and pass a reasoned order within two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
4. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed with the aforesaid direction.
