Chhotu) Case Crime No.515/2012 Section 279, 337, 338 IPC PS Achhnera distt. Agra in Court of 13th ACJM, Agra. pending before him within some stipulated period.
Looking in the facts and circumstances, learned 3th ACJM, Agra, is directed to conclude the proceedings of the aforesaid case pending before him, expeditiously in accordance with law. He shall not grant any unnecessary adjournment in the aforesaid case.
With the aforesaid, present petition is disposed of.
