1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. Sri Ranjeet Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, though the interim order granted in Writ-C No. 54817 of 2014 had been vacated on 20.03.2018, no recovery has been made in pursuance of the recovery certificate dated 22.09.2014, and no amount has been paid to the petitioner by the respondent no. 5.
3. In view of the above, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the present petition pending. The petition is disposed of with the direction that in case the petitioner files a fresh representation before the respondent no. 2 stating the complete fact with respect to the recovery that is still pending, it is expected that the said respondent may pass appropriate orders and issue directions to ensure that the recovery proceedings may be concluded, strictly in accordance with law, preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing representation by the petitioner, unless there is any legal impediment.
