A counter affidavit has been filed today, which is taken on record. In paragraph 5 of the counter affidavit it has been stated that after investigation the police has submitted charge sheet.
In view of the submission of the charge sheet, the learned counsel for the petitioners prays to withdraw this petition with liberty to seek appropriate relief in appropriate jurisdiction.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
