Shri V.M. Verma, learned counsel for the complainant has sent illness slip.
It is contended by leaned counsel for the applicant accused that he is languishing in Jail since long. The kidnapped daughter of the complainant who is alleged to have not yet been recovered is living with the relative of the complainant. The Investigating Officer did nothing towards her recovery. The charge sheet has been filed against all accused persons who are in Jail.
In the above circumstances, the Investigating Officer be summoned alongwith the complete case diary to explain what efforts he did to recover the eloped daughter of the complainant.
