Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.
Present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent no. 2 to decide Case No. 10266 of 2018 Computer Case No. T201805440310266 under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 within a stipulated period.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2-Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tamkuhiraj, District Kushinagar to expedite the hearing of the aforesaid case and decide the same, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months, provided there is no other legal impediment and provided that the functioning of the Court is not affected due to COVID-19 Pandemic and lawyers are not abstaining from work.
With the aforesaid observations/directions, present petition is finally disposed of.
