Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record.
By means of the present application u/s 378 Cr.P.C., the applicant is assailing the validity and veracity of judgment and order dated 29.09.2018 by which the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sonbhadra have acquitted Baliram, Ramesh, Kamlesh, Prabhawati and Kalawati under section 147, 323, 504, 506, 452 IPC in Complaint Case No. 195 of 2018 (Chhotey Lal Vs. Bali Ram and others), P.S. Robertsganj, District Sonbhadra.
After going through the record and hearing the arguments of learned counsel for the applicant, I do not find any good reason to interfere into the matter or pass any direction in this regard.
