The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the entire proceedings of S.T. No.101 of 2017, State Vs. Chhotey Lal arising out of case crime no.324 of 2016 under Sections 304, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station-Bhot, District-Rampur including the charge sheet dated 17.01.2017 and charge framing order dated 01.09.2018 passed by Sessions Judge, Rampur.
During the course of arguments, number of anomalies has been shown by the learned counsel for the applicant but in the proceeding of Section 482 Cr.P.C., this Court cannot appreciate those anomalies.
Since the charge has been submitted against the applicant, it is expected from the learned trial court to proceed with the trial and conclude the same as expeditiously as possible within a period of one year from the production of certified copy of this order strictly in accordance with law.
With the above observations, this application is disposed of finally.
