JUDGMENT / ORDER

Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record.
The petitioner is aggrieved by the non-discloser of the reasons for his non-selection and the vague reason given on the website. A copy of the downloaded information is annexed as Annexure-8 to this writ petition.
The petitioner may submit a representation before respondent no. 4 within a period of one week. In such event, respondent no. 4 shall disclose the reason in writing to the petitioner for non-selection of the petitioner in terms of Annexure-8 to the writ petition within two days from the date of receipt of the representation.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
