Present petition is filed by the petitioner with the prayer to direct the O.P. No.1, Sub-Divisional Officer, Akbharpur, Ambedkar Nagar to decide the restoration application in Case No.33/34/35/36/40/75 (Chhotelal. Vs. A.D.O. Panchayat and others) pending since 25.6.2009 before him within some stipulated period.
Looking in the facts and circumstances, O.P. No.1 is directed to decide the aforesaid restoration application in the aforesaid case pending before him, expeditiously in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him. It is made clear that Court below shall not grant any unnecessary adjournment in the aforesaid case including the ground of strike. The parties shall fully cooperate in the case.
With the aforesaid, present petition is disposed of.
