Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent Nos. 4 to 12 are encroaching upon the private land of the petitioner. Therefore, he wants a direction that they should be stopped from making an illegal encroachment.
The dispute in the writ petition is purely of a civil nature for which the petitioner has a remedy by way of a suit.
In view of the above, the writ petition is a complete abuse of the process of law and is, accordingly, dismissed with costs.
